My professional focus is centered on enabling investments in energy infrastructure and upstream operations in the Gulf of Mexico, navigating with technical precision the intersection between public policy and operational execution.

In the field of Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG), I have deep expertise in the regulatory framework and institutional management. As Director of Government Relations, I led the consolidation of a regulatory viability ecosystem for large-scale projects, built on high-level strategic partnerships with authorities in both Mexico and the United States. My work has been key to facilitating dialogue between the private sector and federal, state, and municipal institutions, ensuring alignment of interests in dynamic political environments.

Beyond boardroom strategy, I have solid experience in community management and strategic communications. I have designed social license and risk management frameworks to mitigate conflicts and ensure project continuity through corporate diplomacy grounded in transparency. I hold a degree in International Relations from Universidad Iberoamericana, a Master’s in Energy Management from Tecnológico de Monterrey, and postgraduate studies in Spain.
