Engineer with more than 15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas sector, specialized in operational optimization, strategic leadership, and decision-making in highly demanding environments.

Throughout my career, I have led and participated in initiatives focused on process improvement, operational efficiency, risk management, and technical–strategic alignment, consistently delivering results in complex contexts.

I have international experience and training in the United States, Japan, Chile, and Switzerland, which have strengthened my global strategic vision, cultural adaptability, and understanding of international standards, particularly in innovation and energy transition scenarios.

I have led and coordinated multidisciplinary teams, interacting with different levels of the organization and key stakeholders.

I currently serve as Communications Director at the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) – Peru and am part of the leadership team of GAIA SPE Peru, where I promote initiatives related to energy transition, strategic communications, institutional positioning, and organizational culture within the oil, gas, and energy industry. These roles have strengthened my experience in institutional leadership, governance, and reputation management.

I have participated as a jury member at INGEPET, evaluating the presentation, communication, and strategic clarity of energy sector projects.

I have specialized training in Hydrocarbons and LNG, and I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Energy Management, which complements my practical experience with a comprehensive perspective of the energy business, markets, and the challenges of their evolution.

As part of my leadership development, I co-developed WoMenT Working through the MVP stage, leading a team of professionals in designing a mentoring proposal for young people. This experience, currently on pause, strengthened my skills in project management, team leadership, and the development of human-centered initiatives, complementing my corporate career.

In addition to my professional role, I am a wife and deeply believe in leadership exercised with coherence, responsibility, and purpose, both inside and outside the organization.

I am currently at a stage of executive consolidation, focused on taking on a managerial role in organizations with a modern culture, open to innovation and transformation, where I can contribute through strategy, execution, and decision-making with real impact on the business and organizational culture.
